It wont send email. 🔼

It wont send email, and it wont tell me why it wont send email.

No logs anywhere get any information about the email.

https://sledjhamr.org/mantisbt/admin/email_queue.php shows the queue of emails that have not been sent.

2019-06-02 23:48:29 onefang: Now it only seems to send email when there's a new user, or I kick the mail queue manually.  Then it sends everything ah once.
